Nastech Gets Grant for Flu Research (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Drug developer Nastech Pharmaceutical Co. said Tuesday it received a federal grant to develop influenza treatments. The company received a Phase 1 Small Business Innovation Research grant, or SBIR, through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is a division of the National Institutes of Health.
